About Jen

Partner, REALTORⓇ GRI

Jen runs the residential arm of Martin Home & Land.

After years of working in banking, mortgage lending, and real estate technology she found her professional home as a realtor.

Jen’s primary role is strategist, advisor, and voice of reason in the home selling and purchasing process.

For most folks, this is the biggest transaction that they’ll ever engage in. Anxiety, fear and uncertainty are no stranger to this process.

The sum of Jen’s deep market knowledge, her negotiation strength, and knack for teaching – yield a much different experience for her clients. One characterized by clarity and confidence.

Simply put – with Jen you’ll come out ahead, you’ll feel confident in your decisions, and you’ll learn a whole lot in the process.

About Alex

Partner, Data Scientist & Land/Ranch Sales Agent

Alex runs the land & ranch arm of Martin Home & Land and runs Lowell Research

He comes from a background in data science, analytics and business consulting.

Alex builds systems and tools to:

  1. Find investment opportunities with hidden value. Before others.
  2. Evaluate them quicker than others.
  3. Shape deals that maximize returns and minimize relative risk.

When not behind the computer screen, he prefers to spend his work day out exploring big tracts of land, their resources, and the economics of making use of them.

Most often this means helping folks identify land that’s ripe for residential or industrial development.
